Values or Valium – Keys to Reducing Stress in the Workplace

Occupational Stress is becoming an increasingly important issue for managers to address.

This seminar is designed to bring about an awareness of the many causes of organisational stress, to look at the balance between organisational and personal responsibility, and to suggest ways to minimise stress within the workplace.

The seminar attempts to identify causes of stress rather than promoting personal techniques for coping, such as time management or relaxation methods.

These are half-day seminars conducted on site
Costs $150.00 per person. Minimum Fee $450.00 (plus G.S.T.)

Discipline and Dismissal Procedures

This is a practical seminar which will give managers, union and employees representatives an understanding of the grounds for a personal grievance, the procedures to follow in any disciplinary process and the common pitfalls to avoid in any discipline or dismissal situation.

Costs $100 per person. Minimum Fee $300.00 (plus G.S.T.)

Off site seminars can be arranged and will involve additional costs.
